  • Understand and influence brand insights, customer segmentation, and target needs to assist in the development of thoughtful and strategic marketing plans and executions
  • Be a go-to resource for the agency and our clients for digital technologies, trends and innovative strategies as applied to websites, social media channels, video etc. 
  • Demonstrate ability to provide informed advice to clients to address key business challenges through marketing-oriented strategies
  • Engage with director and executive-level contacts at the client level, and establish, develop, and deepen the relationships that will allow the partnership to grow
  • Develop and manage client budgets, work orders, and third-party partners involved in projects (e.g. writers, photographers, developers, research or media partners)
