Digital Account Manager (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our team. This role will be the day-to-day point person for multiple accounts responsible for client communication, management of agency work across channels, website projects and campaign execution.

Deliver Client Service & Strategic Solutions

  • Be your client's champion internally to ensure their voice is heard and cross-functional resources are aligned to how KingFish will contribute value to their business

  • Understand and influence brand insights, customer segmentation, and target needs to assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns and website redesign/development efforts
    Coordinate internal team meetings clients to present work, propose new projects and provide guidance

  • Develop and manage client budgets, work orders, timelines, and third-party partners involved in projects (e.g. writers, photographers, developers, research or media partners)

  • Coordinate estimates/budgets across strategy, interactive technology & website development, creative, and media production

  • Develop deep knowledge of all agency services and partners

  • Engage with director and executive-level contacts at the client level, and establish, develop, and deepen the relationships that will allow the partnership to grow

  • Proactively problem solve and escalate account challenges when necessary

Manage Execution and Deliverables for Client Work

  • Management of client/contract expectations for assigned accounts

  • Oversee resource management within accounts with support from Account Director and VP Strategy & Client Services

  • Manage the discovery and research phases of projects, including stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and content audits

  • Manage agency work on website design projects from beginning to end engaging with internal and external resources for UX, development, accessibility etc.

  • Build content strategies and formalized content plans for cross-functional campaigns and deliverables including websites, videos, social media, and editorial projects

  • Work with media partners to build and execute paid media campaigns

  • Oversee timely, accurate client reporting that offers ROI and relevant marketing intelligence (e.g. Month End Reports, Campaign Reports)

Business Development

  • Identify additional growth opportunities and specific ways to strengthen our service delivery with our clients
  • Ensure agency work is socialized to key stakeholders and contextualized for its impact and implications for future client priorities
  • Participate in new business pitch development

Professional Development
