- 4 days per week (Mon – Thurs), 3 days in office, 1 day remote
- Requires excellent client service, detail orientation, and multitasking ability
- Best fit for a college student with past marketing or agency experience
- Great opportunity to learn in an agency setting touching all aspects of client work

- This is a paid internship ($15 per/hr)
As our Client Service Intern, you will:
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Support the day-to-day client marketing services team by assisting with call reports, internal documents, agency projects, and client deliverables.
- Conduct research for client competitive analysis and support for a variety of KingFish and client-specific projects.
- Gain client service experience through participation in status calls, follow-up communications, scheduling, events, and reports.
- Support the day-to-day client marketing services for our clients by assisting with timely/accurate reports, internal documents, and client deliverables.
- Provide competitive analysis research and project support for a variety of projects.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience and interest in marketing specifically in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, Sustainability, and other industries.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing principles and the role of content marketing across all platforms
- Experience with ownership of projects/deliverables and ability to work both independently and effectively within teams
- Ability to prioritize assignments, multi-task, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to express yourself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely, and thoroughly
- Strong attention to detail, organized and meticulous
- Confident, energetic, enthusiastic, professional, and passionate for learning and engaging with a team
- Familiar with Google Analytics and social media platform analytics
- Most of all: a creative thinker, problem-solver, sense of humor
