About our internship program:

• 4 days per week (Mon – Thurs), 3 days in office, 1 day remote
• Requires excellent client service, detail orientation, collaboration with teammates internally and within our network, and multitasking capabilities.
• This is a paid internship ($17.50 per/hr)

As a Client Marketing Service Intern, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills while learning about many aspects of marketing, communications, and client services, including:

• Supporting the day-to-day client marketing services team by assisting with client reports, internal documents, agency projects, and client deliverables.
• Conducting research and support a variety of KingFish and client-specific projects.
• Learn about critical business/agency management technology tools and processes such as client onboarding, competitive analysis, project management, SEO, Google Analytics, HubSpot email, survey data usage, database building, and more.
• Learn/refine critical marketing skills that can transfer to future school and employment opportunities:
• Client onboarding
  Competitive analysis
  Project management (Trello)
  Audience research (GWI)
  Data/statistics research
  Website Analytics (GA4)
  Search Engine Optimization (SEO-SemRush)
  Database Building

Requirements:

• Relevant experience and interest in marketing specifically across industries such as: finance, healthcare, technology, and more.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing principles and the role of content marketing across all platforms.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, working independently and collaboratively with co-workers and clients.
• Ability to prioritize assignments, multi-task, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to express yourself (in writing and verbally) in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Confident, energetic, enthusiastic, professional, and passionate for learning and engaging with a team.
